Chilterns ride out
Discussion
I suggested this couple of weeks ago so will now put a more formal suggestion of dates.
As the summer is closing in the next two dates I can make are 15 September (clashes with Buck-100) and 6 October. I'm thinking of a 9am meet and then 80-100km ride. I can put together a route including my favourite hills and lanes. Pace will be ~27kmph.
Anybody interested?

Not done that one before, how does it compare to Chinnor Hill, Radnage Lane or the climb up from Aston Rowant towards Stokenchurch?
Streatley is tough.Tejvan Pettinger rode up Aston Hill (assuming that's the one you mean?) at 18.9mph. He managed 10mph up Streatley.

I'm interested in this as that isn't far from me. However, would we be willing to be a bit more flexible on the average pace? and would there be a 'no one left behin' policy? Yep, primarily a social ride so pace is indicative but surprising how it can pick up when riding in a group. Plan to go at the pace of the slowest rider so no one will get left behind (however, the group may decide that anyone turning up in team kit or a championship jersey may forfeit that consideration!).
There are plenty of Strava Cat4 hills nearby, I can include at least four plus a Cat3 in the first 40km if we want to make it a lumpy ride. Then head over to Ivanhoe beacon for a rest.

Can't make the 15th but if there's another count me in
