formatting problem?

After winning a challenge on the photo location thread I set my own with the bold format.
After a question was raised I went to edit the challenge with extra info but the bold format wouldn't work?
So is it a glitch?
Was I supposed to include the info with new bold formatting?

I was posting of Samsung galaxy note 2 using desktop site (I prefer it over mobile)
