Surely you must be sitting very uncomfortably watching this? Yanking of door handles, jamming tools in places etc?

You would assume they know what they are doing... The sad fact is most of their backgrounds are probably from signwriting stty vans.

An old friend owns a body shop and has removed 3 wraps from a GTR, a Mercedes C coupe and a Porsche... All had some pretty horrific damage and scratches to the body work. The merc needed every panel doing.

You own a performante at the end of the day though, so unless your a drug dealer or lottery winner your not stupid, have probaly done homework and hopefully haven't gone for cheap place

Just by the way one of the guys draped a metal tape measure across the bonnet and scraped it across shows the lack of respect. The cars guaranteed to be scratched and cut to bits.

This is what I ended up with on my previous Gallardo:

Yes guys I have done my homework and they do have a good reputation.
The live feed highlights the not so pretty work involved when doing a wrap.
I did love the pearl white but after 2 years i fancied a change and chrome blue was outside my comfort zone lol.
Fingers crossed all goes well
Part 3 feed starting at 9.30am https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kZ6FvoNgR_k

I'd also be interested.

I know Tim used KIK Customs who are another localish option.

Ahhh this explains a lot.

I had the roof done on my 458 by yiannimize along with other bits on my other cars and was extremely happy,

I was interested to hear what shmee had to say about yiannimize but now I hear he had his car done at kik customs it goes as no suprise where the rumors have origionated from.

I could go on to say what I have heard about that firm but seeing as Shmee probably got a discount to promote them it would go as no suprise either that he would try to discredit another local company along with the essex guy above.

Whilst I'm sure Shmee didn't pay full price for his wrap (which looks stunning to me), I doubt part of the deal included making any potentially slanderous comments about other firms offering a similar service/product. rolleyes

People do love a good conspiracy though.
