Puscifer - where to buy?

Hi

I love Puscifer and today they released a new mix album called 'All Re-mixed Up'

I want to buy it on CD ( not download) but can only find it on Amazon which I am avoiding purchasing from. Play.com do not have it listed, HMV do not do on line sales. Where else can I buy a physical copy on line?
