When did they sort out cylinder lining prob on the Cayenne S

Am looking at a 2008 reg car - has PCM3 Sat Nav so presumably a 2009 model car. Will it have the Nikasil coated cylinders? It is just over 70k miles so in the danger zone i believe if it has Lokasil cylinders. Any thoughts or advice very welcome.
