Mobile scrolly-bar thingy is BROKEN!

Baahh! The news-and-features-horizontal-thumbnail-scrolling-thingy (you know what I mean) no longer scrolls in the Android Chrome browser. Worked yesterday, not today.
And I've only just gotten used to using it, since you did something to the desktop site which means it no longer reformats in chrome... what DID you do to the desktop site, btw?
I'm running Chrome v29.0.1547.59, Android v4.1.2 on a Motorla RAZR.
