Proper rear lights (pre facelift are best)out the numberplate back, take the carbon wrap off, or get a proper carbon bonnet, wraps are so obvious, and sort the wheels out, I would reccomend white or silver, black on black looks too much for me, and it'll be good. At the moment it looks like a Barry has owned it before (no offence)
Make sure to keep the oil topped up and check it every week.

Put some original wheels on, get rid of that snow plough bumper, put a painted bonnet on (and lose the risers, it looks like it's on risers in the photos) and put the number plate back in the right place and that would be a massive improvement.

Induction kit noise is super loud and i prefer that to a loud exhaust

This is mental though vtec comes on at 5.5k makes a lot of difference in real world

A litre of oil after just 800 miles? My old EP3 would use half that after around 1000-1200 miles, and that spent most the time on the limiter as it was a track car!
I would suggest investigating your cars excessive oil use. K20's are oil thirsty, but that amount for such small mileage is too much.

I'm taking it that from the bottom dot to the top dot on the dipstick is 1 litre right? I would suggest investigating your cars excessive oil use. K20's are oil thirsty, but that amount for such small mileage is too much.
After a re calculation it'smore like 1100 mmiles from the top dot to the bottom dot? Car has 90k miles on it although I am doing about 1k miles per week

Also i always take the reading first thing in morning when engine is cold is this the correct method?
I have zero history for the car so can't tell what's it been through lol
Pulls hard engine is quiet and I'm filling it with 5w30 magnatec, could a different oil be better considering how much mileage I'm putting on it?
