Hello all TVR owners, unfortunatly i am not one at the moment 2 young kids are preventing that for now but 1 day!!!
Now i come to you lot for advice on a subject i know you are all experts in, that of washing and waxing.
What are the best products you use?? Asked this question on bmw gassing ( yes i do have one, 330 sports, sorry to those of you who don't like them, but it was best i could find with 4 doors and able to put child seats in, please don't hold it against me)!!!! and zymol products seemed to be best recommended?? Any help would be much appriciated, thankyou all.
love to see any examples of finnish as well

Zymol for me too. But I also use Meguirs quick detailer and Quick Wax in between. I wax the TVR with zymol about every 2 months.

I also use lots of microfibre cloths of different levels to do various tasks, including keeping the alloys clean. Really works wonders.

I bought a washing and waxing kit from the Polishing company, meant to be brilliant. Not used it yet though.

Haven't you guys ever heard of Zaino???

Guy at work uses Zymol(Japon) and always comments on how good mine looks, from talking to him Zaino also lasts longer than Zymol.

Same here, been meaning to do it all week but have been too busy so I though perhaps this afternoon, but mother nature has conspired against me

Perhaps tomorrow morning then...

I just bought a Zaino kit from ebay after reading all the great reports. Haven't read any feedback from this country so interested in your comments Steve.

Ditto, regards P21s, six months after giving it a good going over it stills shines immaculately after a quick wash.

I recently bought the P21 kit from the Polishing Company, and was absolutely stunned by the result. Used on a five year old BMW 3 series that hasn't seen a garage in its life, and spent half of it parked in central London.

Almost all the scratches have polished out, and those that haven't can't be seen 'cos of the reflection in the rest of the paintwork!

Great stuff!

I used Zymol on my Chameleon Blue Tuscan when we went around Europe this year - absolutely fantastic shine which really made the trip. It's great stuff.

I got it from:-

www.vertar.com

Extremely good no hassle service as well.
