Santa Pod tomorrow

Well the day didnt go quite as smooth as planned. Did my first run at 12.5 and returned to the pits. As I was parking up there was this almighty fooking bang and what looked like smoke comining from the passanger footwell. I nearly s..t myself. On closer inspection it turned out the NOS pipe had split where it runs under the floor mat. Oh well (read that sentiment as you will) thats me done for the day, another £50's worth of gas gone up in smoke as had lost a full bottlevof gas the previous week.
Anyhoo Insane Ron was on hand with some NOS line and a spare bottle. The line would not reach the boot and the bottle was not heated. So with some inventive fetling we wedged the bottle behind the passanger seat and taped on the bottle heater and I was good to go. Next run was a 12.36 equaling my PB. Second run was a 12.2, times were coming down and the 11second was in site. Next run was 12.1, nearly there. Final run of the day, got a great start and ran out of gas as the bottld that had been very kindly lent to me was not full.
So 12.1 was the best run of the day so that puts me 9th on the leader board.
One Rodney, one day.

Well lets hope you finally sort those 'niggles' out Barrie.
Barrie ran 1.81 to 60 foot and 7.77 @ 92 to the 1/8th on his last run.
If the gas had been working to its full potential of 100 shot then the run would have easily been an 11.
I guesstimate it would have been 11.8 something @ 118+
I hope Barrie will be happy when he has his 11 timing ticket and not go gunning for 10's. It gets more complicated
