After posting my own 'which used camera for £100' request I've taken a look at the suggestions offered aand have searched the responses of similar posts by others; the result below is the compilation of likely candidates.

However, looking into the cost of a bridge which was suggested, and the cost of an older DSLR back and lens combo, I've decided to up the budget slightly. I should point out that first and foremost it's to be used indoors for 'product' type shots, possibly including macro/detail sort of stuff. I need to spend less than £140 incl lens.

What would you recommend, therefore, to go with the following? (the prices listed are more or less the average, or lowest successful completed listings, dans la bay):

Canon EOS 10D body only approx 50
Canon EOS 350D body only approx 80, w/lens 125

Nikon D60 body only approx 120-130
Nikon D40 body only approx 100

Fuji S2 Pro body only approx 90
Fuji S9500 bridge camera 110

I think I might have already set my heart on an S2, providing I can get a lens for £40ish. The D60 may be out of reach. Your opinions and thoughts, please!

Nikon D100?

If you want true macro you'll need a macro lens, not cheap.

If you want product photos what about lighting?

Well... maybe I should have said close-ups rather than full on macro. As far as lighting goes, I'm happy to experiment with some of the many home brew/ad hoc set ups already explored online.

You're severely limited by budget... so maybe an 18-55 'kit' lens if you want some flexibility, or 50mm f1.8 for better image quality and larger aperture at the expense of wide angle. If you want to get closer, crop as required.
