Great Day out in South Kent

Well we had a fantastic day out to Bill and Maggie,s near Leeds Castle where they invited us all to a great Barbecue.
get together at least 11 cars and two pre 80s cars as well while the ladies chatted about ?? The men where busy behind the shed comparing sizes??? engines they are big boys now LOL and having some re mapped whatever that means being a pre 80s guy a map is something you fold and swear at LOL'
Thanks to you both for opening up your home and garden it was fantastic.
We also had a chance to get up close to there son Mats Tuscan V6 Converted to a V8 Wow what a car both Mat and his Dad are rather modest about what they get up to in terms of building cars and restoring cars and really there ability is far beyond most and that Tuscan conversion is built to a fantastic standard yes there may be a few cosmetic things that you might add or change but the cost of getting this car built to this standard would be beyond what most of us could afford or build ourselves Must say I am rather tempted.
I believe although it has been for sale at Racing Green it is now back home but still looking for a new home as Mat has other projects in the pipeline judging by the work going on they seem to always have a project on the go.
Role on the next one if they are brave and have us back
