Or at least, Asda think it does! I ordered samphire to have with a trout, but they were out of stock, so they sent me two massive bunches of fresh coriander instead! (Had the trout last night with almonds, it was delicious).

Now, I don't have any chicken in to make a Thai Green chicken curry (which is my normal way of using up coriander), so can anyone suggest any ideas to use it all up? I have some meatballs in the fridge, cod fillets in the freezer, and plenty of pasta and rice if that helps...

It will freeze for later use. Chop it up and pack it into ice cube trays with a bit of water to cover.

Coriander makes a wonderful filling for your kitchen bin - the ideal pairing, IMO.
