Hi All,
Just wonder when people have cheat days if they jump on the scales the next morning and there is a massive difference?
When I seem to have mine, it jumps a lot. For example, five pounds (!) heavier this morning.
Whilst I appreciate this is mostly water and food etc, I very much doubt I've put five pounds on.
Happen to anyone else?

It's all water weight and shoddy scales. Unless you get your scales calibrated, they can only ever be so accurate, and as mentioned it takes a lot of extra calories to make a single lb of fat. I know a lad who started some dubious hormone pills recently for weight loss, he was a big, round lad with 30%+ body fat. He claimed he lost 7.5lbs in the first week. While I don't disbelieve that is what his scale said, 7.5lbs of fat is a s
tload of fat to lose, but not a lot of water to lose.
