There are products that will soften and remove it but its also good at removing your paint!.
If it has dried hard then it is a lot easier to remove. Just run a sharp knife round then remove whatever part was stuck on, then use the blade carefully to remove remains.
Its better to spend a little longer and not damage anything rather than damaging paint or melting plastic.

top tip.......if you are referring to the sikaflex stuff........try heating / warming the area up first
When I did my chim rear lenses I placed a small fan heater pointing at my rear lens, left for about 5 mins to warm through (not too close or you may warp the lens)........then the sikaflex cut super easy and the lens simply "peeled off"
Using a heap of patience I then used a blunt tea spoon (don't laugh) to rub the old sikaflex off......took a while but meant it as a proper job
