Cayman Gen 2 LED Side Lights

apologies if this has been covered before but is it possible to have the LED side lights set up to work as the DRLs on the Gen 2 Cayman? instead of the dipped headlights.

Only if you have the PDLS. Confused the hell out of me too, I couldn't work out why the CR would only have the DRLs on the dipped rather than the obvious place of the LED strips. Asked an OPC and got the PDLS answer, which is a shame but fair enough I guess.

I'd guess 'day' rather than 'driving' but just a suggestion....

Do your headlights swivel around the corners, if not, I would say not?

on 987.2 cars, the only Xenons available were PDLS units.

so, if you have a headlamp washer, you have PDLS.

that's me out then as i only have halogen lights, not the end of the world

I just use the sidelights as manual DRLs for this reason.
