Venue for small seminar near Staines?

As above, I want a 'business' location, not a pub, low quality hotel, for about 20 people. Can anyone suggest anywhere?

From a cost basis I would've thought;

1. De Vere - Sunningdale
2. Runnymede
3. Gt Fosters

Then there's Pennyhill Park, but that's Bagshot - too far from Staines?

Always used Beaumont House for business meeting near Staines...
