V8 XJR Exhaust

I'm looking to get a new exhaust system on my 99 XJR and wondered if anyone has had there's replaced and if so where and how much it had cost and how the end results had been.
I have had a couple of quotes so far and they are between £1200 and £1800 for a custom built cat back system and want the car for two days. Im on the South coast between Portsmouth and Southampton.
Any help on this one appreciated. Thanks

I use TLJaguar to look after my XKR and they only require the car for one day,
have spoken to them and the same for the XJR

I haven't asked about prices but do call them for your requirements

Before I took mine off the road, I was chatting to my local Longlife dealer (Demand Enginnering in Suffolk) about a cat abck system.

They quoted my £700 fitted, lifetime guarantee & they reckoned they could do it in one day (& maybe into the following morning worse case)

I took my S Type R to infinity exhaust in Bristol on the recommendation of most of the south west forum.
It cost me £300 for two back boxes.
They are made up for you from steel tubing and you get to chose how loud you want them.

I personally suggest the racing green or paramount systems, very well build and great fit, but not cheap
