Blue/gold 997 GT3 RS.

I know some one who wants one but it doesn't appear that there are any around at all.

Were there very few made in this colour combo, or does everyone who has one just not want to let it go?

Also looking for white/gold

Fairly rare actually - certainly the least common of the 3 basic colours though blue with red seems to be the rarest of the lot (for the obvious reason that most people don't like them very much). White with red accents are the ones that I see the most of. The only one I have seen in the metal was at the 'ring on US plates - I've actually seen more paint to sample 3.8 RSs so maybe buying the right car in every other way and having it wrapped is the way to go if colour is key?

Theres enough rarity on the used market right now that if you are going to be fussy about colour then you ain't going to own one at all.

Cardiff OPC had one late last year/early this one - only one I've seen at an OPC in this colour scheme. Stunning though!

Might it be worth asking them if they could get in touch with the owner?

OPC Guildford sold one with PCCB/lift at the start of July. I had a look at it - it's a nice colour combo for sure.

I have to say Blue is generally a no no for me, but when I saw my Blue/Red one in the flesh, I just thought wow. Clearly it is horses for courses, but I've seen a Blue/Gold side by side and the BG just looks bland.
