I keep getting an error code and it basically won't let me upload the pictures I have taken? Anyone got an idea why? It's photoshop 9 I'm using..

Quite a camera noob really, so a simple explanation would be preferable wink

TIA,

Dan

Straight from the camera, or with a card reader?

1 Have you ever got it to load directly from camera?

(I tried once with my D800 when I first got it, concluded that getting USB3 and USB2 talking might not be as easy as it should be, and have defaulted to Plan 2 ever since...)

2 use a card reader!

Oh and it'll probably be quicker to grab files copy to the place you want them, copy again to your back up site and remember to format your cards in camera.

Yes, I had a really old SonyA200, and the RAW files uploaded straight from the camera to photoshop, hence the confusion hehe

I'll try a card reader!

Yes - I meant Nikon=> Mac/PC/whatever.

I'm not convinced that Nikon's files and plugging camera into something is very robust. But then I can't even seem to consistently get tethering to work - but usually have success with Eye-fi card. Go figure! hehe

According to this thing, I need photoshop 11 - which may be the issue anyway! wink Oh well, next months pay will go on something useful I suppose.
