) had his nose done privately, I think it cost circa £10k but bank of mum and dad paid for it so probably wasn't the cheapest. I know he had his own ps3 in his room and that! Funny timing, I'm sat in a private hospital having just come around from surgery
I had mine done privately 18 months ago. Big bump on the bridge and excessive projection. He did a great job with the bridge, but the tip was still quite over projected. Today was a revision to just take a bit more cartilage out of the septum to just set the tip back that tiny bit more. If all has gone well then it should be how I've always wanted it
Initially surgery cost just over 3500 and revision was 1500 (mainly hospital fee as the surgeon waived most of his fee with it being revision)
There is only so much that can be done to the tip otherwise it will lose its stability and just look stupid. But if its more the straightening of the bone etc then they should be able to give you the result youre looking for. It's difficult to say without seeing a photo. Well worth booking a consultation and seeing what a surgeon has to say though
I can PM you details of who my surgeon was but its a bit of a distance to travel for you. He's a really nice guy and does a lot of charity work all over the world for various injuries from natural disasters etc. Send us a message if you'd like more info

Won't the NHS do it if it's affecting your mental wellbeing? I have a bent schneck as a result of a fight as a teenager, I've never wanted it fixed, but it was offered to me at the time and I was told by the NHS consultant that saw me that I could get it done later, particularly so if it was affecting my confidence or making me depressed.
It's never bothered me, although it does make it hard to find a pair of sunglasses that don't sit wonky, and sometimes my left nostril (which is slightly narrower than my right due to my septum deviating in that direction) whistles slightly when I breathe through my nose.

My wife's nose had an accident with a hockey stick when she was a kid....she actually used to work for him as a nurse and he sorted it out for her for free. He's in a practice with three or four other surgeons who are all at the top of the reconstructive/plastic surgery field. Spends most of his time working miracles with kids at his NHS clinic but sorts out dodgy noses too!

I had mine done on the NHS took about 2 years of waiting. It had been broken twice in my late teens and I only had one nostril, the other was completely blocked.
If you're willing to wait they'll sort it if it's an issue or for the above reasons.
Don't get a lift home from the hospital on a motorbike though, getting the helmet on and off was the most painful part of the procedure
