Both topics have been discussed at length recently....

Have a look at this clip from the USA where a dash camera was installed in the car of a 'road rager' for a week to monitor his reaction to other cars...

Fortunately, it also captured the moment he crashed his car and wasn't wearing his belt...

Seen that some time ago... He really looks like he took his head off at the end! I'm assuming he didn't survive that??

It was almost certainly fitted to a hire car to record the way the cars were driven - it detects harsh braking etc. as well as accidents.
