PSE 8 and Fuji RAF files

I have PSE 8 which I have no burning desire to change - however it cannot read the RAW files from my new Fuji X20 which are saved as RAF files.

I have searched for various plugins, but without success.

Anyone found a solution?

Adobe dng converter (free download from Adobe)? It will convert the raw files into dng format which your copy of PSE ought to be happy with.

That DNG converter doesn't read the RAF files for some reason. I'm having to use a clunky Fuji bit of software to 'develop' them into Tif files for PSE to see them.

That's a pain, Adobe claim the latest version should work for the X20. Hopefully they'll sort it out, but doesn't help you in the short term. Afraid I don't have any other suggestions.

Update.... Only put her for those that might stumble into this thread.

I've managed to make it work.

The Adobe DNG converter doesn't show the photos when you select the target file containing the photos. However, it does extract them and convert them to DNG.

Ensure you have the latest version of the converter - currently 8.1
