Bit weird....
Over the last couple of days, Safari on my iPad won't go "back" using the back button at the top left.
Simply seems to refresh/reload the page it's on, and takes several (up to four!) attempts to go back to the previous page.
Happens across all sites.
Tried the usual turn-it-off-then-turn-it-back-on-again, clearing the history and stopping all non-essential apps.....
Still doing it.

Anyone?

Ditto. I'm on wifi at Porsche experience silver stone and assumed it was down to the complimentary secure wifi.

How bizarre.

How can this suddenly happen to devices?

Me too. Takes two or more presses of the back button to take effect.

Bizarre.

Gets weirder......
Only seems to affect forum-type websites.
Is it that blasted Google ad rubbish reloading the same page with the "old" adverts thus thinking it's the genuine previous page?
confused

If you only tried turning it on and off in the normal way, try holding the home and power button at the same time (for around 10 seconds) untill the devise reboots

Ditto. Or +1 or "this" or whatever we're using this week.

So far, just fora for me - PH and a Triumph bikey one I use. It's very obviously a forum site thing.
