I've found another one, lettuce. Eat as much as you like, really go to town on the stuff. Weight will just fall off.

I liked the claim that someone apparently made of a stone in a week, or 7000 cals per day. That's roughly 339W of extra energy use, you would literally cook yourself!

Interesting... the original link I put up about Dawn French losing weight on Raspberry Ketones is not so according to the Daily Mail (about half-way down): http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-2015429/...

It was just due to walking and controlling her vices.

So do these fad reports and claims really lie so openly and fallibly?

Also interestingly the Raspberry Ketones fad link now no longer works? Hmm...

No wonder so many desperate people get roped in.
