Yesterday I thought I'd check what kind of state my front disks are in.

Checking the right side I notice the anti roll bar isn't connected at the bottom so I'm wondering how the nut could have worked loose ??

On the other side guess what, no nut, that one's not connected either! So I spend my Sunday afternoon measuring up and making some nuts.

Although missing both antirb's probably doesn't make the car a deathtrap it really does sting to see this slapdash crap approach to paid work from garages time and time again.

Again I vote with my feet and wallet.

Even if you have nitrons fitted, you'd generally only want to disconnect the rear

The dampers were changed for AVOS a year ago so it is possible the ARB's weren't hooked up when it went in. If that was the case they should tell me !
