Already mentioned, but here's the wing of the XKSS done in a car park eight days back. Grrrr!

So yesterday we took the E-type to another meeting, being greeted by a rock thrown up by white van man:-

And yes, I know the tax is a tad out of date.

So, yesterday evening, took the bike out for a trundle and came home on foot with the rear wheel bearings collapsed. I hope that's the end of the sequence now.

Well hopefully that's your three in a row as the old saying goes. If it's any consolation at least it wasn't your own fault.

I've just broken the mirror on my recently acquired classic Porsche. A stone archway that I've reversed through at least two hundred times before !

The OH managed to do a similar thing on her everyday car last week.

Just waiting for number three......

I'd take a holiday (not driving) Lowdrag, let the bad luck bugger off for a bit.

I must admit that when I saw the title of the topic, I thought it was some sort of tribute to the late David Frost. You missed an opportunity there Lowdrag. You should have began your thread with
" Hello , Good evening and welcome" smile
sorry, just my silly sense of humour

Oh 'eck!

Had a bit of a week like that with the boat.... water leaks... cracked stringers... pissing with rain when trying to clean the teak decks...

At least I have a brewery within 200 yards of the boat!

My condolences to you.
