Indicator Repeater Lamp for a 400SE...Help!

Aargh! I normally push the car into the garage but this time decided to drive it in. It's a tight fit on the width and I caught the side repeater indicator on the left front wing on the door. Broken, of course...

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement repeater?

NEO is a 1990 400SE.

Oval or square? If its the oval orange type I may be able to help you!

The oval ones are from a Ford Transit and the square ones are either Ford Orion or Ford Escort.

I bought some on the flea very cheap.

Item 330841421371. The tops are correct but you may have to do a bit of fettling behind the fiberglass to mount them. I haven't fitted mine yet (one advisory on the MOT - loose repeater ;^) as the old ones are hed in with spring clips.
