Cayenne Turbo - which winter wheels/tyres?

It's currently running 21" wheels, so no winter tyre options - and last year it became a 2t sled in the snow, something i'd rather avoid this year.

So, anyone got any recommendations pls?

I went for the Pirelli Scorpion Ice & Snow which have been very good the last few winters. Our driveway is approx 20% gradient and goes up that in 6in of powder easily (and still gets up once compacted).

I've heard very good things about the Vredestein Wintrac Xtreme (sp?), but very limited availability it seems.

I tried Vredstein Snowtrac last year on my Cayenne.
Very Impressed,only bought them after watching all the videos on YouTube.
It was so bad here in South Wales,my quad was used most of the time.

I purchased a used set of 19" rims and got a set of Yokohama winter tyres, couldn't fault the setup last winter.

I'm in the same predicament, however I'm going to purchase new alloys but unsure of which size. 18" 19" or 20". I'm edging towards the 20"

I run 18s in the winter and 19s in the summer.

I've run a set of 18" gen Turbo wheels on a KN turbo with Pirellis scorpion M&S N rated tyres;
makes a world of difference;

In fact, your post has just reminded me that I need to get them shifted - I have a Pananmera now and they dont fit !

Van you run 18's given the size of the discs?

I think the brakes are the same throughout the range other than PCCB which has larger diameter so they will fit under 18s but PCCB can't.

I need to pick up a set and get some winters on..

Googled it: 19" I think.

Will buy and switch later in the year.

Other car is an STi which I prob will fit M&S to - if only for a bit of fun if the weather turns

I fitted the P Zero Nero M&S to our Legacy Spec B, superb. Wearing very well too and use them all year round.

Only ones that came in the Subaru original widths too.

I have 20" Summer tyres and 18" winter wheels, the winters are original Porsche rims and Michelin Alpin tyres. The wheels are Cayenne Sports Design 2 for the summer set.
