Bit of a minefield according to my research, can anyone confirm the donor or part number for the inner cv boot? cv joints are Granada boots are not apparently, any ideas?

Sounds strange?

If you buy a new Granada joint surely it comes with a Granada boot....and fits scratchchin

These joints should fit, so I assume the boot looks like the one in the pic. I couldn't find the boots separately but they probably can help. Heck, at £18 it might be worth considering replacing the joint while you're in there.

Mmmm, could be on to something there, if it's the right one? Would of thought 100 mm ford cv joint is 100 mm ford cv joint ?

Almost, but a quote from glenrobbo: The Ford CV part no. is 72GG - 4635 - BA and is the 100mm dia 25-spline LOBRO type 32 mm thickness as fitted to the XR4 X4, and possibly Sapphire & Scorpio.

Beware - there are some other splines out there for otherwise identical joints. J&R used to call the joint kit 'JR-27', but they seem to have changed their part numbers.
