Squealing turbo

Hi all
When the car is on full boost it sounds like front turbo is making the squealing sound, the car then starts hesitating but always pulls to max revs.
A couple of times on hard acceleration it has spluttered & then with a bang picked up & off.
It only seems to do it on full throttle once boost reaches 0.5 + bar, drives fine any other time.
