Finished a little MR2 TLC & it's pretty good. However the lacquer is a bit 'orange peel' bumpy. Not terrible, but not as good as the rest of the car. Would I be best to use really fine wet & dry, or is there a cutting compound that's better suited? Not after concours perfection here btw.
Cheers !

Da and some g3 compound, if its very orange peel like it may be best to flat back providing there's enough laquer?

Should be plenty of lacquer with my generous spraying! Which would be best to try first. Not after showroom results, just better

Wet flat it with some 1500 grade wet and dry until the orange peel has gone then mopp it using 3m perfect cut (one with the green top) and should turn out nice if plenty of lacquer
