Mates

I have a couple of issues with my new Cayenne. PCGB are (asleep) on the case. I am in a fruitless email dialogue with PCGB's Tanith Bishop & Emily Mace (I might as well just ask my mum) with no action at all, save gradually increasing my hypertension, however they refuse my requests for an escalation contact. Before I make a proper fuss, does anyone have the name or contact details of such an escalation contact or head of Customer Assistance, MDs Office or such ? PM me if so please.

I have found PCGB to be detached from reality, totally insular and seemed to have an extremely poor could not care less bordering on rude attitude. Good luck, I feel you may need it. The whole Porsche customer care ethos I once thought existed at PCGB simply does not. The dealings I had with them were in the main very disappointing for such a great brand. I think you will get much more joy from your OPC.

I agree. Polite but they have absolutely no discretion without referring back to Porsche AG. For a company which produced chocolate engines in both 996 and 997.1 Cayman and Boxster cooking models awfully arrogant about the quality of their products and components.

Interesting they had to settle class action against them in relation to the above in the US. I wouldn't hold your breath. If its a warranty issue and you're not happy make a FOS complaint to the Financial Ombudsman.
