a problem with the rear nearside door on a 2008 mondeo

Hi everyone
I wonder if there is anyone out there that can help me? I can't open my rear nearside door from either the inside or outside,the outside door handle is broken, you can pull as if to open the door but it does nothing,the same with the inside handle, if I could get the door open I would be able to take the door trim off and fix the problem but I can't.Does anyone have any suggestions?
