I have a R300 Superlight with the K-series 1.8 160 bhp (non VVC) engine.

What are the correct spark plugs to use (I like NGK's) and what is the gap and torque setting please?

My car has developed an intermittent misfire and I'm starting with plugs before I move onto coil packs.

Cheers.....

NGK BCPR7ES or PFR6N-11.

Thanks Dave.

My research shows the PFR6N-11 as being the correct one's too.

I assume the BCPR7ES is an equivalent, but slightly 'colder' plug? Would these be better for faster road driving and track days?

Also, what sort of torque setting should I use on the K-series alloy head?

Cheers.
