UK pension whilst living overseas

I have a company pension which I would like to convert to a SIPP with another provider, given that I left the UK earlier this year to work abroad am I able to do this?

I imagine I can't make any new contributions whilst I'm living abroad, however I'd like to manage the funds alreqdy built up in the existing pension myself via a low cost SIPP provider.

Is this possible?
