Thanks for sharing. I knew Frankfurt was a huge show but you've made me realise a bit more just how big it is!

Thanks cmoose, good read. Loving the Fuego. And the tyres on that Jag look mental.

Excellent pics, just reminds me of happy days when younger wandering around Earl Court and the NEC collecting brochures. Still miss the UK shows, a hole at least now partially filled by Goodwood.

Fab, love the alternative view...though I was poring over it, not pouring something over it. wink

Great stuff, thanks for that!

Loving the Brabus stuff, didn't realise they had gone into the restoration stuff but I'm very glad they did.

Nice, thanks for that! Hope to be able to sneak away from work early sometime next week, and at least grab an afternoon ticket. Looks like it is epic big this year, no way to do even a fraction of it. Priorities would be the Suzuki stand to check out the Caterham 165, the Alfa for the 4C and perhaps BMW for the i3.

The germans are big on their "modern classics" (Youngtimer) smile

That's the bit I'd head for! I'm not a fan of "old" classic cars, but 1970 onwards is good for mesmile

For some reason I'm amazed to see a Fuego Turbo at a German motorshow - I'm not suggesting they invaded to get it or anything, I just always see 'youngtimer' cars are German/Italian cars for some reason

Very interesting.

So if BMW, Mercedes, VAG and Audi, all have a hall each, just how many halls does this monster cover?

Um. Some interesting cars there but I am wondering - did you have a lot to drink that day? Or was there an earthquake? wink

I think that angle gives the Audi a hint of Miura about it.
