350I camshaft recommendations

Hi all
Well been enjoying my new V8 all summer but one thing is annoying me - a top end tapping. It could be a sticky or worn hydraulic tappet, incorrect pre-load or worn cam. I'm thinking of changing the follwers and cam as at 78,000 miles they're probably past they're best although performance seems not to have suffered. Ok recommendations for cam profile please bearing in mind:
1: I'm not upgrading anything else
2: I'd like a small hike in BHP
3: I dont want it too "cammy" ie; rough idle or on/off power delivery
4: I dont want to lose any low down or mid range torque
Picky aren't I
Basically just a small hike up from standard
