Just been to our local garage and whilst sat in the car waiting to leave, I heard the unmistakable sound of a race can - next thing I see is an R1 go flying past, the entire length of the garage forecourt and both in and out lanes - a good 50-100 yards, fully cranked up on the back wheel.

My female colleague (driving) looked a bit bewildered when I started laughing, huge grin on my face and clapping my hands Brightened up my day!

LOL

No fluffy ears, and no, it doesnt look like the Bindit is going to be fixed - assessor came around today, he's almost certain it will be written off.

Ill probably wait until the new year before seeking another bike - prices should be lower due to the weather?

Yep, wander into your favourite dealer with cash in early december and he'll bite your hand off as they'll be desparate to make the numbers for year end.

By all accounts the trade is in for a horrible winter after a crap summer, interest rates up mean the boys are cutting back on the toy budget as well.

Definately, though I always thought 'pulling a minger' meant attracting the attentions of a less than stunning lady
