Can someone please PM me with any methods for getting into my Cerbera with the key fob and immobilizer locked inside?
Since purchasing the car, it’s been at my mechanics place.
I visit her a few times a week, haven't driven yet, but haven’t been there in a while.
I got an email from the mechanic saying the keys are now locked inside and he (and I) is/are clueless how to get them out other than the ole jimmy stick and I suspect that won’t work as its opens via a solenoid.

Bueller Bueller? Anyone?

Thanks,
ScottyO

Still not sorted by now?

Don't take this the wrong way but could you post up a picture of your car to confirm you have a Cerbera. The forum goes through a spate of 'locked out' threads and the poster is never heard of again.

I remember this recently,

With a picture! I think it would be quite a ruse if it weren't true.

Still waiting on pictures rather than an advert shot. I'm sure the Mods have checked the isp to confirm it 100%. The forum always gets this question in batches and not so long ago how to start the car...some Muppet actually posted the answer.

Although I've posted a few pictures already and the problem is now semi-sorted, I'm not sure what pictures would proove I bought the car. I now am a taker of information and will be a giver as my knowledge grows. So here are a couple pictures that should help a little more.

And a pic of my VIN plate:

Besides the obvious lack of sun on my legs, whats wrong with my shorts? frown
I do live on a tropical island afterall and my chubbyness needs cooling.
For the record, it was about 90F (32C) that day....

Joolz can supply you with a replacement ecu eeprom that has lower than standard fan cut in temperatures.

ETA: with 32 degrees I can understand the shorts but flip flops in a Cerbera!

Our car lived in Cyprus for many years. I put an ally rad, new stainless pipes and hoses, wrapped the manifolds and a few other bits and bobs and the car never went over 90'c, even in August where it could get into the low 40's..

Everyone wears "zori" (Flipflops) here, especially in the summer.
No need to be posh (That the correct England-ism?) just to drive a beast of a sportscar.
I'm more of a function over fashion kinda fella anywho, dispite what my cool black shirt, shorts and zori might suggest....hehe

Actually, part of the "into sportscars guy" uniform here is white hand towel tied on head to keep the sun off, the zori and a 100 yen coin in the ear to buy a drink at the next vending machine. drink

.... not that I've even had a chance to drive her besides up and down the drive at the car shop frown

I guess it's better than sitting on the monorail reading manga porn

I'll leave this one open wrt to the flip flops as you haven't and a real chance to drive the car properly. But for me, I have to have a pair of shoes with at least a rounded heal for it to be comfortable on long drives.

Best of luck smile

Hehe, I never got into Manga myself, I'll pick up a copy of Dorifuto Tengoku or Option magazine once in a while to check out whats hot in the Japanese car market.

Sorry I assumed you being from England (Face palm), I guess, like me Cerbie fans can be from anywhere, even from the US living in Japan for 20+ years. hehe
