5 Year Manual DBS Service

[V8 Animal]

Im due a 5 year service even though the car has only done 11k which i have done 5k of that in the year.

Despite this im still having it done but im confused to weather i need a gearbox oil change or not as ive been given 2 prices off a dealer.

There is details somewhere what is replaced can someone help with a link?

I just had the 5 year service,but they said the gearbox oil change should have been done at the 4 year service but wasn't so I had it done ,can't help you with the technical bit though.

A spot of googling alast night and i agree gearbox oil shoild of been changed at 4 years and i had that service before i bought it off the dealer.
Ive had a quote from a indie and if the oil hasn't been changed that would be extra to quote.

Get it changed. Made a world of difference in shift quality on mine even though the car only had 8k miles.
