shrinking video size ??

I have recorded an mpg onto my computer using a standard video camera and a pctv card,my clip is just over 2 mins long,its an mpg @ 352x288 , BUT its 107 mb !! , my pctv card/software,352x288 is the minimum record level..

Whats a nice easy program to reduce the size,say to under 10 mb ..
