Picked up this weeks classic car rag during a lightening port call yesterday, (dated 18th so guess it's every Wednesday) and next weeks edition will have a Griff buyers guide in it smile

The small caption next to the Griff photo says 'The scariest TVR this side of a Speed 12 is slowly rising in value'

Yes, just seen that as well, they usually let me know in advance of any relevant features of interest, but this one slipped through the net, they could have used my Griff in the feature.

Just read the Classic Car Weekly Buying Guide in my local Tesco!
Nothing of note that we don't know already, however, good to see
some publicity for the Icon!

The Octane article is nice but it's a little sad to see that James Agger's Griff has done just 3,600 miles from new eek

It wasn't my fault Richard the poor thing had been locked up till 2010 - it was like unleashing the beast for that photo shoot - think its the most miles it's ever done in 24 hours since 1992

They spoke to me but didn't want to actually feature a car just have general ownership and buying guidance.

Hope it looks OK, must nip out and get a copy.

James - can you tell us the history of the red car? Where was it shut up all that time?

Ah ha biglaugh That's alright then, as people always say, the best way to look after a Griff is to drive it.

It's a nice two page pull out. Superb 12in photos of a pre serb Ocean Haze Griff. No argument with the comments. Also, OCTANE mag has 12 pages on the Griff 200 and the 500 tested in the Lake District. Both articles are a must for the archives.

Good on you Chilli. I've a feeling us Griff girls!? would like some Chim company sometimes but only as long as they are of the hairy variety! Ha, ha. With your motor transplant in a Griff, welcome come and join us. The articles are good publicity for both Griffs and Chims.
