Pubs Stamford or upping ham

Staying in oakham this weekend and wondered if there are any decent pubs in said locations for a decent drink in the evening. I will be with my old man so nothing to lairy

I'd stay in Oakham and go to the Grainstore. Their website doesn't work for me just now but Trip Advisor does.

The Lord Nelson, buried right in the back right hand corner of the market square is very nice as well.
