I'm 8 days in on a hoon around the Alps ad will probably hit 2900 miles by the time I get back to UK. With the mods and set up the car has gone really well. It could do with a shade more power for some of the uphill ascents.

No shopping here just 270 ish miles a day of thrashing round the roads

Tyre wear noticeably down brakes excellent apart from melting the pad wear sensor. Fuel consumption no idea!

Sounds like we have virtually twin cars, we did the same last year but tied our trip down to the South with a European tour hitting Germany/Switzerland and Italy too, like you it was faultless, 2 of us, full camping kit, bedding, boot full of crates of beer and wine, blow up boat, clothes etc. God knows how it all went in but it did.

I popped over to Belgium in mine - very refined with a hard top. Unfortunately, putting the luxury chocolate in the rear boot turned out to be a messy mistake! :hehe.

I did a big box of chocs from Bruges once, in the boot of the car.
Fortunately they were in a waxed box.
Once in the fridge I had a rather large rocky road!
