Take it to radiator repair firm they should be able to refurbish it with a new core.

I got mine from Boston Radiators. They sent a reconditioned one to me and took my old one away. I found them on e-bay and the price and service was excellent.

Me as well for Boston Radiators, the surcharge was back in my account the same day it was delivered and the old one collected. Great service.

I realise it's a bit more expensive, but when mine has its next annual leak I will be changing to this.

These guys make to order, using larger cores to help with cooling and can produce any core of any size in aluminium. Www.highflowracing.co.uk made 100% in the uk, not imported. Very helpful and can even pattern old and obsolete rads. Sites not up to much but the products are!!
