In car rear entertainment systems

Can anyone recommend a good reliable headrest type system that will either fit into my existing headrests or that will come complete installed in new matching headrests ready for installation?

I am aware that Rosen seem well regarded but wondered about alternatives?

I know I could use a tablet or a clip on solution but I really want something that looks neat and tidy and OEM.

I Just thought I would give this a bump having now picked up our new family car which is an Infiniti FX50.

I have seen a Rosen Av7700 kit which looks reasonable value but it clips to the headrest posts. I have active headrests and I think I might need to buy some kind of additional installation kit given the advert blurb which mentions a kit required for fitting to an X5 or ML Mercedes with active headrests.
Given the car is an Infiniti FX I should imagine the kit is hard to find and very expensive...
As ever advice or recommendation would be great!
