intermittent rough idle on a 3.2 V8

My car seems to periodically idle rough, revs cleanly there after, no error messages on scanner and runs superb otherwise, I thought it could be a coil pack but its defo running on all 8 when driven and revved, any ideas on what I should look at I would really appreciate it.

Mine was a leak in vacuum pipe and loose nuts on egr valve

Ran well when accelerating but lumpy idle half the time.

That said, I got many warnings such as check engine light and restricted performance message on dash

Hi thanks for the info, in past I have had the odd light come up on the dash but it has gone away, can you tell me where these vacuum pipes are and the egr valve so I can check mine out?

Apologies I can not! The chap in the garage sorted it. I think the Jag manuals are online somewhere. Of note, I also heard a hissing/ticking from the engine bay when accelerating. Good luck
