Anyone out there know the best way to get the rear light lenses off? i assume there stuck on with a silicone type mastic. If i manage to crack them, anyone know how easy they are to get hold of and how much they cost?

They come off from the inside.

Not too pricy - I seem to remember about £20 each being quoted. Apparently fitting them yourself is an exercise in learning to love silkaflex, though, unless you can put up with air bubbles...

They come off from the outside. I took one off to seal it, I opted not to use sikaflex. Sikoflex and I are old friends, if you ever need to do it again that stuff sticks VERY well.
I cut around the edge with a stanley blade, once it starts to lift the rest is easy. I refitted with blk silicone, has not budged even sitting in 40 plus degrees for two weeks and does not leak.
