I would assume so knowing that it has MOT, had road tax and a V5 document.

Yes, it would need mud guards. I suspect they're removable. It would also need lights and those number plates aren't legal for a 2011 car.

I'm not 100% convinced it should be registered as the BMW either. Doesn't look like there's enough of the original car left.
