Stainless steel exhaust welder

Anyone know of someone who does stainless steel welding and might be able to cut open a SS backbox (Silverstone Performance) and repair one of the pipes that has sheared off inside?

Either near me in SE London / Kent or near APM ideally.

I wondered what that rattling at idle was.....
